Residence fees

Course 2010-2011

The price (per person and per month) includes:

• 3 meals a day (including weekends and holidays)
• Personal laundry and ironing services once a week
• 24 hour free Internet connection in all rooms
• Daily room-cleaning services (not offered on weekends)
• All applicable taxes (VAT)
• Air conditioning during summer months in all common areas
• Central heating during winter months
• The abo mentioned prices are effective as from 01/07/2010 (dd/mm/yyyy)

** We prefereable accept reservation for periods of nine months.

Deposit: A deposit of the amount of one month fee must be paid when confirming the reservation. This deposit will be deducted in the last month of your stay, provided there will be no damages (caused by you) to repair in the room.

If the reservation is cancelled from later than August first 2010 , the deposit will NOT be refunded.

In the month of September the fees will be charged per day. As from OCTOBER first 2010 to JUNE 30th 2011 both included, the room will charged as mentioned in the price list ( per person and month).
